Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. If there are any errors or defects on our part, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
We offer free replacements for the following reasons:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- There is a printing error or flaw in production
- You received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect item, size, or color)
If any of the above applies, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Our customer service team will review your request and issue a replacement if approved.
Returns and Exchanges
Since our products are made to order and shipped by fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer errors such as incorrect size, color, or design choice.
If your request falls outside the criteria above and is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition
- Washed, worn, or damaged items will not be accepted
Refunds (if applicable)
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after the return is received for the refund to appear.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank or PayPal account again
- Contact your credit card company – it may take time to post
- Contact your bank – processing times can vary

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return address. Please note:
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our fault (defect, wrong item), we’ll cover shipping
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
