Answering frequently asked questions from customers:

1. You order an item whose background color is the same as the color of the print

We always want to give our customers the most outstanding prints. With the details that are similar to the background color, we will customize it a little to make it harmonious. However, the entire sample of the product will not be changed. Then send it back to you, if you agree, we will proceed to production.

2. You want buy one item but it is NOT posted on our website

Please email us immediately at email address: [email protected]. Let’s send a link or product image and product type of your choice. We will create a sample image as required, then send it back to you to choose from.

Feel free to send us unique and unusual designs because we always appreciate the preferences of our customers.

3. You have trouble making payments

We currently accept payments via Paypal. In addition, you can pay directly from VISA, MASTER cards via Paypal's system. Please be assured that Paypal's payment system is so good. And to secure customer information, we don't keep any payment information. We only keep your purchase information.

4. You have trouble choosing the size

Please see the Size Guide above carefully, then choose the right size for you. If you accidentally ordered the wrong one, please email us immediately before the order is manufactured. If the order has been entered into production, we can't change it. Be careful when choosing size!

5. You enter the wrong delivery address

Email us immediately! If your order has not been shipped, we will fix it for you. If the order has already been dispatched, you send us back to the correct new address, we will resend the order to you. However, in this case, you will have to pay an additional shipping fee. So make sure to enter your correct address when placing your orders!

6.You receive the order but you found some mistakes (wrong print, wrong color, etc)

Simply take a photo of your order you receive along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us.

7. Are you worried about our reputation and afraid of low-quality products

We are a group of young and enthusiastic designers. We have been in business for more than 2 years and have designed thousands of t-shirts in the latest styles. We mainly sell online, please rest assured because we always put prestige on top. We insist on bringing quality products to our customers!

8. Some reasons you should shop at our store

First, there are many other sales websites with the same product or design, but we are different in reputation and quality of service.

Second, our products are cheaper than elsewhere.

Third, we want to bring our products, creation, designs to everyone.

- Don't forget to get a 10% discount code when purchase 2 products, and get 15% off when buying 3 products, get 20% off when buying from 5 products (The discount code is automatically applied when the quantity in the cart is reached). Happy shopping!
