Takedown Procedure

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  2. Notify the user responsible for posting the content.
  3. Provide them the opportunity to file a counter-notification if they believe the removal was a mistake.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers or who are the subject of repeated DMCA complaints.
